Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please follow the instructions below.

1) Use our Contact Form

2) Send message requesting a RMA (Return Material Authorization) for the item, please include order number and email used in original purchase.

3) Within 48 hours you will receive an RMA #, plus instructions on where to return the item.

Once Merchandise has been received and inspected, and found to be in re-saleable condition, a refund will be issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first double check your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us by using our contact form.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form.
