What are your shipping rates?
For shipments to United States addresses, we offer economical shipping as low as .95 per item. For international shipments, rates vary depending on destination point.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
At this time, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the Republic of Ireland. In Asia, we ship to Malaysia and Singapore currently. More countries coming soon! (Updated December, 2017)
Products ordered outside the United States and Canada are shipped directly from international warehouses.
Canadian customers - please be aware that customs duties/taxes may be assessed when our package enters your country. We have no control over this. In most cases, this will likely not happen but for larger orders it is possible.
When will I receive my order?
We partner with manufacturers worldwide to bring you quality quilting products at the best prices. In some cases, we ship directly to you from the manufacturers, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your order. Many orders will arrive sooner. Because we list items that are popular and in high demand, occasional delays in delivery do occur but we do our best to expedite as much as possible. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for a refund, less the shipping charges. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed. Contact us here.
Can I make changes or additions to my order?
If you want to request a change or addition to an order, please contact us ASAP. Orders are processed continuously throughout the day, and once an item has been processed, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it.
Do you have a physical retail storefront?
We are an online retail store. Our management and operations staff is based in the United States of America. At this time, we do not operate a brick and mortar storefront.
